In returning the letter from the Foreign Office 1st 9786/87. of Treas. 10493/81 the 20th ultimo, with enclosure from Her Majesty's Minister at Tokyo respecting the coinage of Hong Kong, which has been referred to me by Order of the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, I have the honour to report as follows:
